Midnight in Amsterdam and Sebastian Wibe bring nocturnal UKG energy to Heldeep Records

Midnight in Amsterdam and Sebastian Wibe are releasing nocturnal powers with their newest track ‘Under The Moon’. A fresh UKG collab on Heldeep Records, this Dutch-Danish production sets the tone for the after hours. It’s the kind of track that finds its place after midnight, fueling garage house crowds with that full-moon charge. The song has already gathered a substantial list of supporters, including top level artists such as John Summit, NOTION, Oliver Heldens, R3HAB, Lucas & Steve, Ferry Corsten, Nicky Romero and Firebeatz.

The production process of Under The Moon was actually kind of crazy. We first started with mapping out the lyrics and producing an underlying beat. This was initially a bit heavier than the version you are hearing now, but the melodies reminded us of some of Sebastian Wibe’s recent releases. We sent our version over to Seb and asked him if he was down to collaborate – and he was! We did put him a little under pressure as we sent him the song approximately 48 hours before we would be on stage in Changsha, China, and asked him to send us his version so we could test this out. He came through, the song worked incredibly well and after some minor fine tuning we ended up with the version you are hearing now!

I’m so excited to collaborate with my brothers Midnight In Amsterdam on our new single ‘Under The Moon’. For this song, we wanted to combine both our styles, with elements of both UKG and trance. This one is definitely made to be played loud, and i’m stocked to release it on Heldeep just in time for the festival season.
